Pastel Portraits with Penny Beerman

Deal based artist Penny Beerman will be demonstrating the steps in creating masterful pastel portraits with Sennelier Pastels; using members of the public as models!

Penny studied Fine Art Painting at the Central School of Art and have spent much of her life drawing and painting portraits. See Penny's website for more information on her artwork, projects and career.

Angela Malone: Watercolour Workshops

In the masterclass, it is expected that you will tackle a more complex watercolour still life set up, involving textures and colours. Angela will be painting alongside you, offering advice and guidance all the way. This is a workshop for confident artists and for learners who want to push themselves to try something new and a little more challenging under the watchful eye of a professional.

This series of four workshops has been designed to encourage debate and discussion around the use and techniques of watercolour, to empower and encourage all abilities. By sharing information and methods, award-winning artist Angela Malone hopes to help you discover the beauty of this timeless medium.

Calligraphy & Mixed Media with Julia Baxter

Saturday 18th November 11am - 3pm

Sandwich-based calligrapher and artist Julia Baxter will be at Lovelys once again demonstrating how she creates her mixed media calligraphy masterpieces. The workshop will have a festive theme, with participants able to make handmade gifts for family and friends.
